Me Bad

Absent from blogging. Family emergency. Dad has been sick. Today had surgery. Things are moving forward from now.

Back to the fruit feast tomorrow. Just haven’t been able to stay on track. Meals missed. Eating TOO MANY nuts. No sleep. Had some coffee!!!!

Am going home in a couple of weeks, just to see how things are. Is hard when you are thousands of miles away from home. Want to be all vibrant and fresh for my return. Show Mum and Dad I am doing okay and they really have nothing to worry about when it comes to me.
